Axtschlag Wood Smoking Chips are wooden chips for flavoring the food. After dousing the chips in water for approx. 30 minutes simply put a handful of chips into the glowing charcoal or into the smoker box when using a gas grill. A handful of chips generate smoke for approx. 10 minutes.
